Check-in & Check-out? 

Check-in: 3pm. In case your room has been vacated before 3pm, we will be happy to complimentarily assign it to you in advance of that hour. 

Check out: 11am. We offer a “Late Check-out Option.” For an extra €50.00 per room, you can remain in your room until 6pm. This option is subject to availability. Before check-in and after check-out, you can complimentarily leave your baggage under our surveillance. 

Is SPA use included in the room rate? 

Yes. It is always included during the booked stay. The Spa is open every day from 8am-8pm. It is not included in case of an anticipated arrival in respect to the check-in hour.  

May we use the SPA and/or the open air swimming pool the day we check-out?

Yes. You can make use of the SPA and/or the open air swimming pool after the 11am check-out hour. A supplemental charge of €15.00 per person is required. Included in this SpaKit is a locker in the dressing room, bath towel, bathrobe and slippers.

When is reception open?

Our reception is open 24/7.

What are your cancellation terms? 

Each rate and special offer has their own particular cancellation terms. Please attentively read, at the moment of the special offer and when making your reservation, these conditions or email us for further information. 

Do you have Wi-Fi connection? 

Complimentary Internet Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the hotel. There is also one PC and printer at the disposition of our guests in the lobby of the hotel. 

May we rent a car or scooter?

Our staff will be happy to help you rent a car, scooter or bicycle through the best local rental agencies.
